I am an American living abroad and I do many things – some important and some not. I have lived on four continents, been through a couple of Middle Eastern revolutions, visited Israel and the Palestinians Territories during intifadas, and I make it my life mission to taste, touch, see, and hear whatever country I am visiting. I enjoy hiking, stargazing, writing, reading, researching, cultural and social observations, getting myself into predicaments and adventures, good food and drink, and shi sha.
I love all things God has made and aspire to respect and cherish them.
